Welcome to the "Proud to be losers" blog. Brad and I are going to post progress reports, healthy eating tips and other tips and ideas to keep us motivated during the next 18weeks.

We start Sunday Sept 28, 2008 and it ends on Monday Feb 2, 2009 (18 weeks).

Weigh in is every Monday. Results need to be to Brad or I by 6 pm MST (mountain standard time). You can text, email, or give us a phone call, what ever works for you. PLEASE BE HONEST WITH YOUR WEIGHTS, ITS NO FUN TO CHEAT!

$20 participation fee is required for all. The winner gets all the money ($260).

The winner will be determined at the end of the 18 weeks by who losses the most percentage of their weight.
